US M1 57mm Anti-tank GunAsking$45,000

Restored US M1 57mm Anti-tank gun live registered on a form 4 1942 International Harvester M1.

Perfect flawless chamber, rifling appears very strong (perhaps near new). Completely sand blasted and torn down. This is an early gun with the high right shield and traverse lock. Has the later style long higher rotating lunette so you can tow behind anything without tearing up bumper or sinking the trails. Has original scope (m18 type) and scope mount. All armor (except splinter shields which were separate) present. The free traverse arm is a repro as well as the tool box attached to the shield. Correct new tires and combat rims. Hand brakes work perfect.

Comes with blank fire kit made from 25mm bushmaster barrel. About 50 cases that will load and eject. Rounds use .50 cal primers. Also comes with correct blackout tow light that has been converted to a normal stop light. Included also are a selection of spare parts (extractors, scopes, scope case, etc.) and original muzzle cover. Also a home made overall OD canvas cover. The cleaning rods are not original, but look fine. I also have several drill rounds and some original crates. Several good cases and a nice HE round (inert). Gun can be removed from the NFA registry or transferred directly.

Very few of these guns are available on the open market. Looks great behind a half-track or WC.

This gun came out of the lot from South America that came in during the Clinton era and sold by Mr. Neese in Poplar Bluff, MO. Six were brought in and this was one of the best.

Located in Tennessee.
